Job Description

Hope Media Group isn’t just a workplace — it’s a calling. Our mission? Engaging people to love Jesus, serve others, and spread Hope. If that speaks to your heart and you're an experienced HR professional who sees Human Resources as a form of ministry, we’d love to invite you into something deeper than just a job.

Hope Media Group's HeRoes live at the intersection of purpose and people where our work is akin to worship. We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic, tactical, and spiritual resource to our incredible team members. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with leaders to align Christ-centered people strategies with ministry goals, champion employee development, support total rewards, and help build strong, mission-minded teams — all with a servant’s heart.

And yes, we have things like ping pong, card games, free concert tickets, and “Bring Your Dog to Work” days! But what truly sets us apart is our authentic culture — one where prayer is just as common as laughter, where birthdays and anniversaries are corporately celebrated, and where you're surrounded by colleagues who will pray with you, walk alongside you in faith, and even cry with you.

So, if you’ve got at least 5–7 years of experience serving as a trusted HR Business Partner, genuinely loves Jesus in both heart and deed, and believe HR is a vessel for hope, healing, and high-impact teamwork — this might just be your next kingdom assignment.
