RN- Critical Care (Per Diem) at EUTIS STAFFING INC – Torrance, California

Assignment Information: Client Medical Center is currently in need of Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of recent three (3) years of Level 1 Trauma ICU experience as a Critical Care RN, providing care to patients from the initial assessment to end-of-life care. RNs are responsible for intense interventions, lifesaving treatments, and complex care for patients with life-threatening illness or conditions. RNs may be floated to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Step Down Unit (SDU), and/or any lower level of care as needed to care for patients who are acutely ill with a variety of medical conditions, such as those recovering from surgery and those with a variety of other medical needs, thereby enabling intervention in life-threatening or emergency situations. RNs will float within the assigned facility, and/or from a client facility to another client facility as needed, and/or be scheduled to a workweek assignment between facilities as needed.

Shift Hour: 12-Hours

Shift Hours per Week: Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Nursing Specialty Recent Experience: Level 1 Trauma Critical Care (Required)

DHS Facilities include, but are not limited to, LA General Medical Center, Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Olive View UCLA Medical Center, and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working a Level 1 Trauma ICU per diem assignment.

**Required Certifications:**

* Active Registered Nurse license

* BLS/ACLS

* NIHSS Certification

* MAB or CPI

* LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City-issued)

* Proof of full COVID and seasonal flu vaccinations
