Credit Card Specialist at TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. – Tampa, Florida

As the Credit Card Specialist, you will be directly responsible for the administrative work to support central lending functions.

Credit Card Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Perform any and all administrative processes as assigned in relation to any operational activities pertaining to the credit card program, including review, analysis and processor
• Conduct Credit Card trainings
• Responsible for performing audits on credit card files
• Process new and replacement credit cards with daily workflow to included name changes, credit increases, balance transfer or any credit card related issues
• Generates monthly reports of credit card maintenance and production
• Responsible for processing payments, adjustments, and overall maintenance of Credit Card portfolio
• Communicates regularly with the Credit Card vendors
• Assists with monthly audit reports
• May include inbound/outbound calling in relation to anything that supports our sales and services culture, with focus on credit card functions

Credit Card Specialist Experience:

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
• Bilingual preferred

Credit Card Specialist Education:

• High school degree or GED required

Credit Card Specialist Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
