Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and client relations. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified Security Professionals to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and manage post schedules to ensure full coverage and minimize overtime.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing, timekeeping accuracy, and pay issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and field personnel to address performance, training,and operational concerns.
• Conduct evaluations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and separations as needed.
• Build and manage a reliable Rover Pool to support last-minute or emergency coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state labor requirements regarding scheduling, breaks, and recordkeeping.
• Represent the company in unemployment or workers’ compensation hearings and other employment-related matters.
• Foster high employee morale and retention through strong communication and proactive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military.
• Proven leadership and personnel management experience.
• Background in scheduling, payroll, or field operations within a service-based organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• College degree or relevant coursework preferred.
