Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage key accounts – Develop and manage senior level decision maker relationships to successfully manage accounts
- Grow and win new business - Develop market and account specific strategies to manage and grow existing clients and identify and close new business
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales quota for both revenue and margin
- Work with customer service to ensure that ABCorp delivers the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction
- Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitor competitive products.
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to deepen relationships with customers and develop new relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with all relevant parts of the ABCorp organization to deliver required solutions to customers on time and meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations.
- Accurately report on sales performance on a regular and timely basis – Provide weekly “pipeline” update and accurate 90-day forecasting
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPENTICIES
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage large complex accounts and multi-task for both customer facing and internal priorities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to determine client needs that are not obvious and create opportunities where previously none were identified
- Financial services industry experience
- Consistently meeting exceeding annual quotas
- A successful history of selling solutions to prospects
- Selling solutions to prospects who have previously never used these types of solutions
- Demand Creation Skills track record of performance
QUALIFICATIONS/ELIGIBILITY:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- 2-5 Years of successful Account Management/Development
