DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage key accounts – Develop and manage senior level decision maker relationships to successfully manage accounts
  • Grow and win new business - Develop market and account specific strategies to manage and grow existing clients and identify and close new business
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales quota for both revenue and margin
  • Work with customer service to ensure that ABCorp delivers the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitor competitive products.
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to deepen relationships with customers and develop new relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with all relevant parts of the ABCorp organization to deliver required solutions to customers on time and meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Accurately report on sales performance on a regular and timely basis – Provide weekly “pipeline” update and accurate 90-day forecasting

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPENTICIES

  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage large complex accounts and multi-task for both customer facing and internal priorities
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to determine client needs that are not obvious and create opportunities where previously none were identified
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Consistently meeting exceeding annual quotas
  • A successful history of selling solutions to prospects
  • Selling solutions to prospects who have previously never used these types of solutions
  • Demand Creation Skills track record of performance

QUALIFICATIONS/ELIGIBILITY:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • 2-5 Years of successful Account Management/Development
