About This Position

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Resource for Skilled Nursing Facilities

Cascadia Healthcare is adding to our team of regional support resources - Role will support 4 facilities in across Twin Falls and Idaho Falls. This will be a Hybrid Role working from Home and Travel to facilities in the region. The Resource role will work closely with Business Office Managers in each facility.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Resource to join our team, focusing on the management of accounts receivable for a region of skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable processes for multiple skilled nursing facilities within the designated region.

- Ensure accurate and timely billing of services rendered to residents and third-party payers.

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections.

- Collaborate with facility staff to resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries.

- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.

- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of healthcare billing practices and regulations is a plus.
