SNF Post Acute MD at Central Florida Inpatient Medicine – St. Augustine, Florida

Position: Skilled Nursing Facility Physician
Specialty: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine
Location: St. Augustine, Florida

• Active Florida Medical License

• Board Eligible/Board Certified

• Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner

• Join a well-established and growing physician group

• Note: ACN not accepted in this region

• Full-time provider in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Average daily census: 22–25 patients

• Day call coverage: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM

• One weeknight call every other month

• Weekend call: 6 times per year
