Statement of Purpose

Supervises and coordinates nursing units and staff in the absence of nursing management. Acts as the administrative representative in the absence of administrative staff, which includes supervising the facility and staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

2. BSN preferred

3. Current Vermont RN license

4. Minimum of three years hospital RN experience with two of those years in as charge nurse or management position.

5. Ability to act independently in a crisis situation.

6. Clinical competence in ED, ICU, or MCH
