Job Description

Office Coordinator

Statement of Purpose:
This position will oversee and manage the administrative responsibilities of the practices. This position directs the work of the administrative staff by assigning specific tasks and responsibilities as needed. New programs and procedures will be implemented to improve services, operations and efficiency and to respond to changes within the System and the external environment. This positon will work collaboratively with the technical coordinator .

Job Requirements:
Essentials include good communication and people skills to interact effectively and positively with patients, physicians and co-workers . Organizational and computer skills also required.
Associates degree or equivalent training and two to five years of experience.
