Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies that support PURIS’s growth across field and corporate operations. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, driving full‑cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an efficient, consistent, and high‑quality candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Lead provides guidance and oversight to recruiting activities, supports workforce planning initiatives, and ensures recruiting processes, tools, and metrics are aligned with company objectives. This role requires strong consultative skills, operational discipline, and the ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Job Accountabilities

  • Leads full‑cycle recruiting efforts for field, professional, and corporate roles across the PURIS Family of Companies.
  • Partners closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Provides day‑to‑day guidance and support to Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring consistent recruitment practices and service delivery.
  • Develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified, diverse candidates across multiple business units.
  • Builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Oversees and manages recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with target colleges, universities, trade schools, and external recruiting partners.
  • Supports field and corporate recruiting efforts to ensure timely hiring aligned to operational demands.
  • Assists in the development, tracking, and monitoring of the recruiting budget to ensure responsible and effective use of resources.
  • Develops and posts compelling job advertisements across career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and communicates recruiting metrics and trends to HR and business leadership.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
  • Performs other duties.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruiting across multiple job families and locations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast‑paced organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
