The Role
Real Radiology is seeking a full-time, in-office Account Executive to drive new business growth for our teleradiology services. This is a net-new logo role focused on hospitals, health systems, radiology groups, and outpatient imaging organizations seeking reliable coverage, consistent turnaround times, and a true clinical partner.
While competitors sell scale and technology, we differentiate through clinical credibility and execution. As a physician-led organization, we operate with high accountability and deliver service designed to feel like an extension of our customers’ radiology teams—not a vendor handoff.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue high-fit hospital and imaging accountsExecute outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline in CRM
Discovery & Solution Development
- Lead consultative discovery around operational and clinical pain pointsDesign tailored coverage models in partnership with clinical, operations, and IT teams
Deal Management & Closing
- Drive multi-threaded sales cycles across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholdersManage RFPs, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreementsEnsure a smooth transition to implementation
Post-Sale Launch & Growth
- Support onboarding and stabilize performance during the first 60–90 daysIdentify expansion opportunities across sites, modalities, and service lines
