Altima Port Hope Dental Centre is looking for a passionate, people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming team on a part-time basis—with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping each patient’s experience—ensuring every visit is smooth, comfortable, and informative from start to finish.

• Approximately 23 hours per week (flexible)
• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• One Saturday per month (with potential for additional days)

• 1–2 years of dental administration/reception experience
  (or a diploma in administration + relevant experience)
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & Outlook preferred)
• Experience with Dentrix is an asset (but not required)
• A warm, engaging personality that helps patients feel at ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping others
