TRAINING SUPERVISOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Training Supervisor, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Navy and Marine Corps Sector. You will play a crucial role in training the GDIT Team to execute work safely.
• Lead/Manage/Support QEHS Training supporting Waterfront and Industrial Site Operations
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve QEHS training
• Drive first time quality and Safety all the time mindset.
• Utilize Microsoft office and other computer programs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your QEHS Training expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Training Supervisor must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience, knowledge of US Navy fleet modernization work in shipyard environment, knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1915, Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items
• Technical skills: Skilled in waterfront operations including Hot work, paint removal
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Ability to access both Private and Public Shipyards.

The likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
