Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our rental division. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with tenant inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication among tenants, property owners, and staff. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service, you could be a perfect fit for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the rental division, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
- Assist with rental applications, lease agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of rental properties, tenant information, and financial transactions.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and assist with data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
- Manage property listings across multiple rental platforms, including posting new listings and updating existing ones.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in property management or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
