Administrative Assistant - Sales Support at MMP CAPITAL LLC – Portsmouth, New Hampshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join and assist our New Hampshire sales team! Top candidates should be motivated, organized and eager to learn!

The Sales Support Representative will be a liaison between our Sales team and our Underwriters, ensuring the quality of our submitted files. Requesting, gathering, and updating all missing underwriter information will be a primary job role. The Sales Support Representative will also help provide a seamless, convenient experience for Sales Reps, outside reps, and management work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Data Entry / Information Logging
• Editing and Processing
• Online Portal and CRM Functionality
• Quality Control

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail / organized
• Perform at a high level in a fast pace environment
• Work well in a team setting
• Experience in the Cash Advance or Finance Industry is very much preferred

**This position is NOT remote. We are in the office M-F. We offer a base salary of $51k plus commission.
