As a Machinist III, you’ll have full programming autonomy on complex parts - from concept to completion. You’ll program, set up, optimize, and run multi-axis CNC’s, pushing efficiency, accuracy, and process capability forward. You’ll work with tight tolerances, advanced software, and state-of-the-art machines, constantly refining toolpaths, cycle times, and machining strategies.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and inspectors who respect your expertise and rely on your judgment. Just as important, you’ll mentor and support other machinists, sharing knowledge, setting the standard, and helping raise the bar across the floor. Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE

Shifts Available (All new hires start on one of the shifts below):

• 2nd Shift – 4x10, Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am
• Weekend Shift – 3x12, Friday – Sunday, 6am-6:30pm

• 7+ years CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment
• Full programming autonomy on complex parts
• Strong experience with multi-axis CNC machining (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
• Proficient in CAM programming, setup, prove-out, and optimization, mastercam preferred
• Able to independently troubleshoot, adjust, and improve machining processes
• Solid understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances
• Mentors and supports other machinists; leads by example on the floor
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
