Compensation: $22.00-$34.00/hr

Shifts & Onboarding

We offer a structured onboarding program that provides focused training, mentorship, and time to build confidence with our equipment, processes, and quality standards. All new hires begin on 2nd shift or Weekend shift by design.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 4x10, Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am
• Weekend Shift: 3x12, Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm

Requirements

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Run existing CNC programs independently
• Make basic tool and work offsets
• Perform deburring and basic part finishing
• Complete in-process and final inspections using standard measuring tools
• High School Diploma
