Roving Assistant Property Manager Clarksville / New Albany
Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to support our communities in the Clarksville/New Albany area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and is looking for long-term growth with a nationally recognized multifamily owner-operator.

What We Offer:
  • Pay: $21.00$25.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission
  • Annual raises up to 5%

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
  • Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally
  • Support Property Managers with resident relations and community needs
  • Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
