Position Title: Property Manager - Apartment Community
Description

Maximize Property Performance:Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow net operating income
Lead a High-Performing Team:Direct and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Drive Leasing Success:Ensure high occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies
Financial Oversight:Process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies
Resident Relations:Build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs and fostering positive relationships
3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing
1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation Required
