LEAD DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as Full-Time Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representatives.

We’re seeking driven, high-energy individuals ready to join our team as full-time Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representatives. This is a base + commission, performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for those who want their income to reflect their effort.

What You’ll Do:

Knock on doors in assigned residential areas
Speak with homeowners about our services
Generate and schedule qualified appointments
Track daily activity and performance metrics
Represent the company professionally in the field
Work full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)

Compensation:

Base + Commission Structure
$100 for every qualified inspection you set
Uncapped earnings
Earn average of 5-8k per month
Bonuses and incentives available based on performance
Benefits and 401k

Weekly payouts

(This is a full-time Base + commission position)

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills

Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods

Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus (but not required)

Monday-Friday 10-6pm, lead generation by knocking on average 100-150 doors a day to create appointments that our sales team can run, the first impression on all homeowners on who Moxie is and what we offer, Being comfortable outside on your feet for 5-6 hours a day no matter the weather conditions.
