Scheduling Specialist at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Arcadia, Florida

Position Description:

Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making sure everything runs smoothly?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage daily schedule entries, ensure staffing needs are met, and serve as the go-to trainer for our scheduling program. Your organizational skills and ability to communicate across teams will help keep our operations efficient and effective.

What You’ll Do

Schedule staff to meet the changing needs of the facility, including coverage for sick time, PTO, and additional staffing requirements

Enter and maintain staff schedules in the master scheduling program

Generate and manage scheduling reports, including overtime, appointments, and 1:1 observations

Share communications with appropriate departments in a timely manner

Provide scheduling information to staff and individuals served as needed

Partner with leadership, HR, medical, programs, and operations to coordinate callouts and attendance concerns

Train supervisory staff on the scheduling system and provide ongoing support

What We’re Looking For

Education

High School diploma or GED (required)

Experience

Experience working with scheduling systems and supporting staffing operations
(preferred)
