Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Case Manager to manage personal injury cases from intake through treatment coordination. This role requires heavy client interaction, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the treatment process while ensuring all case details are properly documented and managed. Key Responsibilities:
- Intake & Case Setup
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather all relevant case details
- Facilitate recorded statements with clients and involved parties
- Obtain insurance information, policy limits, and verify coverage
- Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of the case
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication to provide updates and answer questions
- Build trust and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Treatment Oversight
- Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment plans
- Communicate with healthcare providers to track progress and compliance
- Ensure clients are following through with prescribed care
- Records & Documentation
- Request, collect, and organize medical records and billing documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Case Management Support
- Verify insurance coverage and policy details
- Track case milestones and deadlines
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to move cases forward efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in case management, personal injury, or legal support preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (high client interaction required)
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience handling medical records, billing, and insurance verification is a plus
