Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Content Moderation, one of Bazaarvoice's most critical capabilities and differentiators. You'll transform the review moderation program into a strategic advantage that directly enables client retention, revenue growth, and our centrality to AI-powered shopping.
You'll have ownership of the roadmap for how billions of pieces of User Generated Content (Reviews, Q&A and Media) flow through Bazaarvoice's moderation and validation pipelines. You'll modernize legacy systems, leverage advanced ML/AI, and create self-service capabilities that transform moderation.
As Product Manager for Content Moderation, you'll be the "CEO" of this domain, owning vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
Drive the transformation from legacy systems to unified, modern moderation platform
Own the product vision for how Bazaarvoice processes billions of content operations
Define what "enterprise-grade moderation" means and how we deliver it at scale
Set investment priorities across stability, automation, and innovation
Expand ML capabilities to comprehensive automation across all content types (text, images, video)
Partner with Data Science to evolve models that detect AI-generated content, review bombing, and emerging fraud patterns
Create AI-powered feedback loops to coach consumers toward authentic content
Advanced content quality scoring and author reputation systems
Build Portal capabilities that empower clients to manage moderation without support tickets
Enable real-time actions
Provide AI-generated explanations for moderation decisions to reduce support burden
Create escalation workflows that streamline client issue resolution

- Demonstrated ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder product domains from vision through execution
- Experience driving product strategy for operational systems (moderation, fraud, compliance, content processing, trust & safety)
- Track record of transforming legacy systems or technical debt into modern, scalable platforms
- Experience working independently with minimal oversight. You set direction and drive outcomes
- Comfort with technical concepts: APIs, database performance, publishing pipelines, batch vs. real-time processing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on technical architecture, trade-offs, and build vs. buy decisions
- Experience defining success metrics and instrumenting products for data-driven decision-making
