  • Identify urgent or high-risk cases and escalate them promptly in accordance with protocols

  • Promote and guide patients toward suitable online self-service options where appropriate

  • Uphold strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all data protection regulations

  • Collaborate effectively within a structured rota aligned with GP surgery operating hours

  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous professional development

What We Will Provide

  • Guidance on identifying medical red flags and escalating appropriately

  • Access to AI-supported tools to improve efficiency and workflow

  • Ongoing coaching and development within a supportive remote team environment

Working Hours

  • Shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday

  • Rotational schedule including morning and afternoon shifts

  • Flexibility required to cover any shift within operating hours

  • Advance notice provided for any schedule changes

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s recent experience in a high-volume, patient-facing call-handling role

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using EMIS or SystmOne within a clinical GP setting (within the last 12 months - non negotiable)

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Strong multitasking ability and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM

  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience

  • Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a remote environment

  • Availability to work a flexible rota aligned with GP surgery hours

  • Performance-related bonuses

  • IT equipment allowance

  • Work-from-home tax relief

  • 100% remote working

  • Opportunity to support a limited number of GP practices for more focused engagement

  • Continuous training, coaching, and career development opportunities
