Important: Morning shifts starting at 08:00 GMT are mandatory as well as Friday afternoon shifts to 20:00pm

We’re on the lookout for confident, tech-savvy call centre professionals who can
think clearly, stay calm, and lead with compassion—even when things get busy. If
you’re great with people, quick with systems, and passionate about helping others,
this role could be perfect for you.
You’ll be supporting UK patients, often during stressful or sensitive moments—so
empathy, professionalism, and resilience are key.
What you’ll be doing
-Handling a high volume of inbound calls from UK patients
-Accurately capturing and updating information across multiple IT systems
-Spotting red flags and escalating issues when needed
-Booking appointments while following strict clinical protocols
-Providing support with patience, care, and reassurance
What you’ll need to succeed
-At least 1 year of high-volume call centre or reception experience
-Strong IT skills with fast, accurate typing
Emotional resilience—you’re comfortable handling sensitive conversations
-A quiet, secure home workspace
-Reliable internet and a load-shedding backup solution (UPS, inverter, or
generator)
-A Windows 11 PC (no MacBooks or Chromebooks) and a headset
-The ability to start work at 08:00 GMT
