Sales and Trading Operations Support Specialist in Delray Beach, Florida at Insperex LLC

InspereX’s Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Trading Operations Support Specialist to work with our Chicago- based Operations team. This person will monitor all regulatory trade reporting and resolves discrepancies as well as resolve all trade breaks/fails, etc. with salespeople and traders to ensure timely settlement. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the creation of new accounts, trade entry, and position balancing. This role is a member of the larger Operations team, providing support to the trading desk and sales force.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entering transactions on a daily basis
• Position balancing
• Monitoring regulatory trade reporting
• Resolving trade breaks / fails
• Entering information for new accounts
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 1-3 years of financial industry experience strongly preferred
• SIE licensing required and Series 7 licensing strongly preferred
• Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently as needed
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Must be able to perform well in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong communication skills across media types and to all levels
• Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
