As a Manager in Training our goal is to align your strengths with new skills to boost your career to the next level!
This role is open to novices as well as those with experience in retail automotive.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, and providing an outstanding customer experience. At CMA's Rocky Mount Toyota we provide the training and support to help you succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish trust with customers (phone, internet, showroom).
- Convey features with clarity and patience.
- Coordinate and accompany customer test-drives.
- Work in alignment with the Sales team providing a smooth transition to Finance.
- Stay up to date on inventory, technology & pricing.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to personal & professional growth.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
