We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to lead operations across a growing multi-state portfolio of luxury communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, people-focused leader who knows how to balance financial performance, operational excellence, and team development — all while delivering top-tier resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
?? Lead and inspire a portfolio of Community Managers across multiple states
?? Drive strong financial performance, occupancy, leasing, and NOI growth
?? Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing onsite teams
?? Support luxury lease-ups and premier property openings
?? Analyze market trends and implement smart pricing strategies
?? Partner with teams on marketing initiatives and leasing performance
?? Conduct site visits to ensure exceptional curb appeal and resident experiences
?? Collaborate on capital improvements and renovation projects
?? Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition
?? Travel regularly throughout NC, VA, TN, and GA to support your teams in person
What You Bring:
?? 3+ years of Multifamily Regional Management experience
?? Experience with Luxury Class A lease-ups preferred
?? Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
?? Proven success leading, coaching, and retaining top talent
?? Sales and marketing expertise with a results-driven mindset
?? Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, Outlook, Word, and ADP Workforce Now
?? Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
?? Organized, proactive, resourceful, and action-oriented leadership style
?? Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
