  • Salary range: $75,000- $85,000 | Credit for experience will be considered

How you will make an impact as the Community Director:
As a Community Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an Independent Living (IL) community. Your leadership will ensure that all aspects of the community run smoothly and that residents receive the highest level of care and service. You will play a key role in managing staff, handling sales and marketing initiatives, and driving occupancy goals. A customer-service-focused approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team will be essential in creating an exceptional environment for residents and their families.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • On-call responsibilities as needed
  • Holidays and weekends required as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in property management/ hospitality industry (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years as an IL Community Director is a plus (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
