About This Position
Job Title: Service Technician
Position Overview:
The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting issues on-site or remotely, providing technical support, and ensuring all work meets company standards and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service and warranty work in the field.
- Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness.
- Inspect Installation.
- Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations.
- Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business.
- Monitor installers quality of work in field.
- Build relationships in the field.
- Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information.
- Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors.
- Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Bathroom experience
- Extensive plumbing experience
- Results-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage process.
- Action-oriented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to read project plans and drawings.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
