Work Schedule: 7On/7Off, 1:30pm-130am!
JOB SUMMARY: Obtains and documents an accurate, medication history for patients. This position reports to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services and provides a vital service to our admitted patients and providers.
REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 3-5 years of experience. PTCB Certified. Maryland Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration.
