How you will make an impact:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will enhance patient care quality by implementing effective nursing protocols and ensuring compliance with health regulations, which improves overall resident outcomes. Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Primarily Days but must meet the requirements of the community

What you will need:

• Active RN License in the state of Minnesota
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities is preferred, but not required
• Former experience in a leadership role is preferred, but not required
