What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse:  

• Works to ensure that the facility follows federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Works with Assisted Living Director to keep forms updated, including policies, procedures, Bill of Rights, and related assisted living forms and manuals.
• Completes assessments of potential residents to ensure that their needs will be met and follows the Assisted Living License regulations for providing timely and thorough nursing assessments for all residents.
• Assures residents maintain residency requirements, reassess, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.
• Supervises, orients, and completes competency for unlicensed staff to assist with the residents' individual needs.

What You'll Need: 

• Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in an assisted living facility or similar care setting
