Senior Business Analyst in San Antonio, Texas at University Health System- San Antonio

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. Business Analyst works closely with Healthcare Transformation team members to promote sustained improvement to the healthcare delivery system. Must exhibit strong writing skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner that is appropriate for the target audience. Produces a variety of reports, presentations, and templates to support the completion of program requirements, and supports supervisors to ensure all program requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. Must exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience developing comprehensive reports and presentations based on extensive research and an understanding of data analyses preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
