The Opportunity

Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for email marketing and a flair for copywriting? In this role, you'll develop and execute email campaigns, contribute to social media strategies, and craft compelling copy for various marketing materials. You'll also play a crucial role in communicating with existing clients to support our customer success efforts and help scale ancillary support.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.

  • Create and manage email marketing content, including newsletters, webinars, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.

  • Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence.

  • Write compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including emails, and website content.

  • Ensure all copy aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

  • Develop and manage communication strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.

  • Create and distribute content that informs clients about new products, updates, and services.

  • Work closely with the customer success team to support client retention and satisfaction.

  • Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze customer interactions and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product team to align marketing efforts with customer success goals.

  • Leverage HubSpot and Totango for campaign management and marketing automation.

  • Manage Pendo within the OrthoFi platform to enhance user experience, track engagement, and drive product adoption.

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lists, and reports.

  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, customer success team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive marketing success.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.

  • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing is required.

  • Exposure to social media marketing.

  • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of relevant work.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience in HubSpot is highly desired.

  • Experience with Pendo is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 range

**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.**


Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the United States. The Company is unable to provide sponsorship for workers.



The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(colorado)
