$29.22 - $43.83 an hour - Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Service Line Marketing Specialist who is the chief strategist for marketing high-priority service lines identified by BCH Leadership. Subject to change, this position manages marketing efforts for priority service lines including, but not limited to, Geriatrics, Primary Care, Oncology, Women’s Health and Obstetrics. This position directly oversees communication plans, timelines, creative execution and key messaging for these service lines. This individual also analyzes and prioritizes marketing requests related to non-priority service lines, referring appropriate requests to other members of Marketing team

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with Business, Marketing, Communications or related major preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, public relations, content marketing or related field required.
•At least 3 years’ experience in marketing health care services preferred.
•Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Epic Cheers preferred.
•Demonstrated expertise in communicating results through written reports.
•Project Management experience would be beneficial.
•Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support service line growth and patient acquisition.
•Manage and optimize digital campaigns across web, search, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation and social channels.
•Oversee service line web content, ensuring optimized service pages and conversion-focused content.
•Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies to improve engagement, leads and ROI.
•Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to align marketing initiatives with volume goals.
•Support content development including blogs, patient education materials digital storytelling and promotional assets.
•Monitor online reputation and competitive activity to inform strategy.
•Photography and videography experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
•Has primary responsibility for achieving volume and revenue goals for high-priority service lines identified by BCH Leadership. Subject to change, this position manages marketing efforts for service lines including, but not limited to: Geriatrics, Primary Care, Oncology, Women’s Health and Obstetrics.
•Manages communication plans and timelines and directly oversees creative execution and key messaging for high-priority service lines.
•Partners with Manager of Digital Strategy in development of omnichannel marketing that drives higher acquisition and retention of patients for high-priority service lines.
•Communicates regularly with Content Specialist about developments in and goals for high-priority service lines.
•Maintains positive working relationships with managers and directors of high-priority service lines.
•Communicates regularly with key physicians in high-priority service lines.
•Oversees management of vendors directly involved in marketing high-priority service lines.
•Develops dashboards and other reports to communicate marketing results for high-priority service lines.
•Analyzes and prioritizes marketing requests related to non-priority service lines, referring appropriate requests to other members of Marketing team.
•Maintains positive working relationships with Marketing Department colleagues.
•Serves as SME on high-priority service lines for other members of Marketing team.
•Contributes to development of annual Marketing Department operating and personnel budgets designed to achieve department’s marketing/branding goals.
•Contributes to Community Education Program marketing efforts as needed
