We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented IT Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first line of tech defense—supporting our users, solving problems, and helping our systems run smoother than ever.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • 🛠 Tech Hero on the Front Lines: Provide end-user support, resolve tech issues, and collaborate with Level 2 support for those trickier challenges.

  • 💻 Software + Hardware Whisperer: Install software, manage cloud computer provisioning, and keep our devices humming.

  • 🧰 Inventory Extraordinaire: Track, manage, and organize IT equipment and consumables with precision.

  • 🔌 Cable Commander: Keep our cables tidy and workspaces efficient.

  • 🧳 IT Road Warrior: Travel as needed to support remote teams and equipment.

  • 🧾 Ticketing Titan: Triage and respond to IT tickets promptly, escalating where necessary.

  • 🧠 Knowledge Contributor: Help build user guides, document policies, and participate in IT audits.

  • 💬 Budget Brainstormer: Provide insight on IT support expenses for budget planning.

  • 🧯 Security Sidekick: Support cybersecurity practices and vendor coordination.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
  • ✅ High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Technology preferred.

  • ✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in a related IT support role.

  • ✅ CompTIA A+ and/or Security+ preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire).

  • ✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-service-first mindset.

  • ✅ Ability to work independently, stay organized, and travel as needed.

  • ✅ Must pass a driver’s license record check and background check.
