Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator (Registered Nurse) to lead our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare professional with a strong background in home health care, a heart for the community, and a commitment to nurturing a supportive and empowering team environment. You’ll have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while guiding a team that shares your passion for quality care.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the District of Columbia.

  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative capacity in a home health or healthcare setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Passion for compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home health agency in accordance with all regulatory standards.

  • Support and coach clinical staff to maintain the highest level of patient care.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients, families, and community partners.

  • Monitor and manage budgets, performance outcomes, and staffing needs.
