Registered Nurse in Arnold, Maryland at INSPIREIM LLC

We are a well-established private practice Internal Medicine group seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role is central to the daily operations of the practice and requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both providers and staff.

• Provide clinical oversight and support for Medical Assistants, including workflow coordination and day-to-day guidance
  
  
• Triage patient messages and clinical concerns for multiple providers via phone and EHR systems
  
  
• Perform and document Annual Medicare Wellness Visits in accordance with current guidelines
  
  
• Assist with care coordination, follow-up, and chronic disease management
  
  
• Review labs, test results, and patient communications, escalating issues as appropriate
  
  
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  
  
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, quality metrics, and regulatory standards
  
  
• Collaborate closely with providers and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
  
  
• Perform additional nursing duties as needed to support a busy outpatient practice

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Outpatient or Internal Medicine experience preferred
• Strong triage, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience overseeing or mentoring Medical Assistants preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive care guidelines a plus
• Proficiency with AthenaHealth EHR preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
