RN Staff at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

The Heart Institute is seeking a qualified RN to perform pre & post procedure tasks required for patients having Cardiac Catheterization and other vascular procedures. Some specific tasks include nursing assessments, patient education, post-procedure sheath removal and sedation monitoring. They will also assist the physician during minor procedures such as cardioversions and Trans Esophageal Echocardiography. We strive for a positive patient experience and appreciate those that can help achieve that. We are seeking an energetic, motivated team player with exceptional clinical skills and a positive demeanor. Experience in Cardiac, neuro, and other vascular procedures & critical care or Post anesthesia care is a plus.
