Job Description: Environmental & Land Use Associates – Los Angeles

Talantage, LLC has immediate openings for two Environmental & Land Use Associates to join our clients Los Angeles office. We are seeking talented attorneys who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice group.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents in connection with environmental and land use matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation and regulatory proceedings.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and land use regulations.
• Support senior attorneys in case strategy, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas on complex environmental and land use issues.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in environmental and/or land use matters.
• Experience drafting briefs and motions (required).
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service.

• Law school transcript required with resume submittal.
