Beyond a competitive base salary, we offer a substantial percentage of attorney fees generated from successful settlements and case resolutions. The right candidate will have the opportunity to earn well beyond a traditional salary.

$250,000 - $350,000

You will take a leading role in representing policyholders against insurance companies in high-stakes disputes involving:

• Insurance bad faith and wrongful claim denials

• Fire losses, property damage, and catastrophic insurance claims

• Insurance coverage disputes and policy rescission

• Unreasonable claims handling, delays, and underpayment

• Commercial and residential insurance litigation

• Complex, high-value settlement negotiations and trials

You will work directly with firm leadership, exercise substantial professional judgment, and have the opportunity to help shape and expand a growing practice.

We are interested in speaking with attorneys who possess:

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing

• At least 5 years of meaningful civil litigation experience

• Strong experience in insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, or complex insurance litigation

• Demonstrated success in negotiations, depositions, litigation, and case resolution

• The confidence and ability to independently manage sophisticated cases

• A forward-thinking mindset and ambition to achieve exceptional professional and financial success
