Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating customer needs and committing to preparing sources of supply not only in-house but also outsourcing.

• Solid working knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures
• Effective written & oral communication skills with established interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks, changing priorities
• Experience in analyzing data and providing recommendations

Job Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer to understand the customer’s overall needs, objectives, and requirements to identify solutions and business
• Maintain outstanding sales orders, update them with the delivery date and customer requirement changes
• Follow up the technical issues with the engineering team for drawing changes, defect issues
• Communicate with suppliers for the lead time and product drawing changes
• Corporate with overseas manufacturing team for updating product design
• Forecast the customer’s product demand and plan the supply chain

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

• Experience at the manufacturing company
• Proficiency of Excel, QuickBooks
• Local resident in Bay Area, CA / Dallas Area, TX
