DescriptionSeeking the top 10% of Chemical Sales professionals in the Pulp & Paper industry who can SELL and GROW new business… paying lucrative UNCAPPED commissions for delivering!CompanyOur client is a privately-held global supplier of specialty and functional paper chemicals that TRIPLED in size over the last few years, with defined plans to TRIPLE in size again by 2030. Available RolesRegional Sales Leaders, Corporate Sales, New Business Development pros. Paid relocation is available for the Elite into growth territories across the US.Requirements
  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, Chemistry, or similar technical program.
  • 5+ years of Technical Sales and/or Sales Management experience selling specialty chemical solutions for papermaking, pulp production, and/or non-woven manufacturing processes.
  • Top producer with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong competitive drive, and tenacity to WIN.
  • Clear track record of high sales achievements and ability to generate new business growth.
  • Strong existing customer relationships at a Regional and/or Corporate level.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to convey unique value propositions.
  • Expertise selling retention/drainage polymers, internal/surface sizing, wet/dry strength resins, defoamers, biocides, deposit control, coating additives, pulping additives, and/or other papermaking chemistries.
  • Versatile grade segment experience to include Packaging & Board, Fine Paper, Tissue & Towel, and Non-Wovens.
  • Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, and pulp mill operations.
  • Consultative problem-solving sales approach with strong relationship management skills.
  • Skilled in using a CRM database and MS Office tools to build and drive a robust sales pipeline.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to grow a sales territory or region.
