Since our founding in 2013, we’ve been dedicated to providing reliable products, exceptional customer service, and industry-leading expertise to retailers across the country.
Our mission is simple: to deliver innovative, safe, and compliant vaping solutions while building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. With an in-depth understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted partner in the vaping industry.
In 2024, we successfully expanded into the United States. This milestone marks a significant step in our growth. Our U.S. operations mirror the same dedication to quality and compliance that we’ve upheld in Canada, allowing us to strengthen relationships across North America and continue leading the charge in the vaping industry.

I’ve been at Pacific Smoke for two years, and we need help! Interest in our product and U.S. expansion is driving amazing growth, and we need to expand our capacity to hire. As we plan our hiring strategy for early 2025 and beyond, we recognize the need for wider recruiting support, which is why we’re opening this role.
We value teamwork, continuous learning, and agility. If you are passionate about bringing your unique strengths to the team and helping us grow, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for individuals who share and demonstrate our core values: Judgment, Curiosity, Agility, Results, Accountability, and Teamwork.
What You’ll Bring:
- A genuine interest in PSI, demonstrated by a connection to our mission, marketplace, and/or product.
- Skilled in executing an end-to-end recruitment process in either an in-house or agency setting.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to meet high standards.
- Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing platforms with a strong ability to source candidates through various channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit for professional roles that have a measurable business impact.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, building high-quality partnerships.

- Hold yourself accountable for results, showing a drive to succeed.
- Leverage the latest recruitment concepts to maintain high candidate satisfaction and experience.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary and year-end performance bonus
- Group benefits starting from day 1
- Time-off policy (3 weeks of vacation)
- Flexible work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Interview Process:
At PSI, our interview process is designed to help you showcase your best self. We’ll dive into your past projects and simulate working together through conversations.
- 30-minute introduction call.
- Online personality test.
- A deeper dive into your recruiting experience.
- In-person final interview.
