Job Description
This position will perform day-to-day duties in managing HOA related tasks. Duties include but not limited to communicating with HOA board, owners, via email and phone. Attend meetings as required, pay contractors, submit statements to owners, receive and deposit checks, categorize transactions within PayHOA, reconcile accounts, filing and record keeping.
Knowledgeable in PayHOA a plus but not required
