Job Responsibilities
  1. Work with employees on benefits, benefit enrollment, and related insurance programs.
  2. Organize and manage employee training programs.
  3. Monitor employee feedback channels and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
  4. Ensure that all employee communication content is consistent with the company's brand voice and values. May work with companies as an outside consultant.
  5. Assist in the development and promotion of employee recognition programs and events.
  6. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
  7. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
  8. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a human resources or internal communications role.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for an employee audience
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in event planning and execution for employee engagement activities
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
