WMS Superuser in Monroe, Ohio at Taylor Logistics Inc

Reports to: Senior WMS Superuser

Shift: 8:00AM to 4:30PM M-F + Weekend Rotation With team (some travel involved)

Reporting Staff: None

Alternate in Case of Absence: Superuser

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for being a knowledge expert on the warehouse management system (Synapse) and the processes inside multiple warehouses. This job requires full attention to detail, ability to work by themselves, want to learn and master the system, continued busy work on the computer with configuration as well as good communication skills with training front end users.

Responsibilities:

• Handle internal ticket/requests from all warehouses
• QC Validations for select Customers via Excel
• Performs go live testing & start up configuration
• Performs go live training (where the travel comes in)
• Completes continued training after go live
• Complete all IT related projects & initiatives when it comes to EDI/warehouse management
• Tracks EDI errors for training purposes
• Research and Development with SOP’s for Implementation.

To Be Eligible:

• Currently a clerk/lead/supervisor with Taylor Logistics or 5+ years of IT work outside of Taylor
