Tomica Hodge – State Farm Agency | Clinton Township, MI

Compensation: $35,000–$65,000 annually (Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through meaningful conversations and follow-up.

• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, service requests, and coverage needs.

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage that benefit customers.

• Support customer retention by providing outstanding service and creating a positive customer experience.

• Cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other insurance products when appropriate.

• Follow up with customers and existing leads to develop relationships and generate new business.

• Work toward individual and agency production goals while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous customer service, insurance, banking, financial services, or sales experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Someone who enjoys helping people but is also comfortable identifying sales opportunities.

• A motivated individual who takes initiative and follows through on commitments.

• Someone who is coachable, dependable, organized, and accountable.

• The ability to balance customer service responsibilities with sales and production goals.

• Willingness to obtain required Michigan insurance licensing if not currently licensed.
