Foot and Ankle Clinics of Arizona is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized healthcare professional who can take ownership of daily clinic operations, lead employees, support our physicians, and help create a positive environment for both patients and staff.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned medical office.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-office and clinical support staff.
• Coordinate employee schedules, attendance, and staffing coverage.
• Ensure efficient patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Monitor clinic performance and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility needs.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve clinic performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of medical office management or healthcare supervisory experience.
• Previous experience leading and developing employees.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of medical office operations and patient scheduling.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care.

Preferred: Experience in podiatry, orthopedics, or specialty medical practices.
